The tracking and workflow layer behind better decisions.

Your proposal defines the selected deliverables, required access, responsibilities, and approval points.

  • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and conversion setup
  • Call tracking and form tracking planning
  • CRM, email, SMS, calendar, and lead routing workflows
  • Reporting dashboards and performance summaries at the cadence defined in the proposal
  • AI-assisted qualification or follow-up with defined rules, human review, and client-approved messaging

From disconnected events to a reliable lead flow.

No vague handoff. Every stage has a purpose, an output, and a clear next decision.

  1. Map the lead journey from click to call, form, booking, or sale
  2. Audit current analytics, tags, pixels, and CRM flow
  3. Implement tracking and automation with QA
  4. Use the data to improve campaigns, pages, and follow-up

Services that benefit from cleaner measurement.

  • Google Ads: Search campaigns built around intent, geography, and tracked leads.
  • Meta Ads: Creative-led Facebook and Instagram campaigns measured by lead quality.
  • Websites: Fast, search-friendly websites built to turn visits into inquiries.

Direct answers before we talk.

Why set up analytics before spending more on ads?

Without tracking, it is hard to know which campaign, keyword, ad, page, or source created a real lead. Tracking protects budget decisions.

Can you automate lead follow-up?

Yes. Depending on the client tools, workflows can route leads, send notifications, trigger SMS or email, create CRM records, and support AI-assisted qualification.

Can you work with my current website and CRM?

Usually. Advertux first maps the current tools, ownership, integration options, and data quality. The proposal identifies what can be connected, what should be replaced, and any platform limitations.

Who owns the accounts, tags, and workflows?

Clients should retain ownership of their core accounts and data. Advertux works through role-based access and documents the tags, events, dashboards, and workflows implemented.

Are software, call, email, and messaging costs included?

Third-party platform, phone, email, SMS, CRM, and usage fees are separate unless the proposal states otherwise. Expected recurring costs are identified before implementation.

What should not be automated?

Sensitive decisions, ambiguous customer situations, and messages that require judgment should keep a human approval or escalation path. Automation should remove repeatable work without hiding responsibility.

How do you verify attribution?

Advertux tests tags, calls, forms, bookings, source parameters, and destination records before relying on reports. Attribution is treated as decision support, not perfect certainty.
