This notice explains how Advertux handles information submitted through advertux.ca and optional advertising measurement. It applies to website visitors and people who contact Advertux about services.

Who is responsible

Advertux is responsible for the information described in this notice. Privacy questions, access requests, corrections, deletion requests, or complaints can be sent to hello@advertux.ca.

Information you provide

The strategy-call form may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location, website address, selected services, goals, timing, and project details.

Information collected automatically

Hosting and security logs may receive standard technical information including IP address, browser, device, requested page, referring page, and timestamps. Optional Google Ads measurement loads only after a visitor allows it.

How information is used

Advertux uses information to review and respond to requests, prepare proposals, provide services, route notifications, maintain records, prevent abuse, secure the site, and improve marketing decisions when measurement has been allowed.

Service providers and international processing

Form submissions are processed through Supabase and may be routed to Google Sheets and Telegram for private lead management. Optional measurement is provided through Google. Providers may process data outside Canada under their own legal obligations and privacy terms.

Advertising measurement and your choices

You may decline optional measurement and still use the site. A saved choice can be changed through Measurement preferences in the site footer.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purposes or legal obligations. Advertux uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Advertux may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Changes and complaints

This notice may be updated when the site, providers, or practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Please contact Advertux first with a privacy complaint so it can be reviewed and addressed.
