    Service Terms

    Last updated October 19, 2026

These public terms summarize the Advertux Google Search Ads launch and 14-live-day review for local trades and home-service businesses. A written proposal or service agreement will confirm the final currency, scope, dates, budget authorization, advertised services and any project-specific terms. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

    Service and fee

The standard Google Search launch fee is $1,000 plus applicable tax. The billing currency is confirmed in writing before work begins. Google advertising spend is separate and is paid through the client’s own Google Ads billing profile. After a brief first contact and business intake, the scope and fee are confirmed in writing. The $1,000 launch fee is due before detailed analysis, preparation or campaign setup. The 14 live days begin only after the campaign is approved, funded, measurable and live.

    What the launch includes

    • Business, offer, website, reviews, licensing and market-readiness review.
    • Local demand, competitor, service-area, keyword and negative-keyword research.
    • Google Search campaign strategy, structure, ad copy and suitable assets.
    • Call and form tracking where the client’s website, consent settings and accounts support it.
    • Fourteen live days of search-term review, monitoring and reasonable optimization.
    • A final review of available spend, traffic, enquiries, lead quality and reported job outcomes.
    • A documented recommendation and campaign handoff.

    After the 14-day review

We review the available results with you and provide a written summary of advertising spend, tracked enquiries, reported enquiry quality, changes made and recommended next steps. You decide whether to continue working with Advertux. Continued management requires a separately agreed written scope and fee and does not renew automatically. If you choose not to continue, we hand over the campaign and recommendations for self-management, another provider or a pause. Your account and campaign history remain yours. Ending Advertux management does not automatically stop Google advertising charges; active campaigns continue spending until paused.

    Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate service, licence, registration, insurance, certification, location and pricing information; lawful account access; a funded ad account; timely approvals; and prompt feedback about lead quality and booked jobs. The client must approve advertised claims and service areas before launch. The client remains responsible for answering enquiries, estimates, contracts, workmanship, safety, permits, warranties, compliance and customer service.

    Eligibility and regulated services

Advertux may work with plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, roofers, contractors, restoration businesses, painters, landscapers, appliance repair companies and other local service providers. Acceptance is not automatic. Regulated work is advertised only where the client represents that it is legally qualified to provide that work. Advertux may pause or decline work when eligibility, licensing, verification, claims, service capacity or business identity cannot be confirmed.

    Budget and Google billing

Google controls ad delivery, auction prices, verification and billing. For most campaigns, an average daily budget may spend up to twice that amount on one day, while the full-month charging limit is generally 30.4 times the unchanged average daily budget. Account charges and bank-card billing thresholds are not the same as daily campaign spend.

    No guaranteed advertising outcome

Advertux guarantees the agreed work, not a number of leads, booked jobs, cost per lead, revenue, return on ad spend or ranking. Results depend on local demand, competition, budget, website, offer, reviews, availability, call handling, estimates and service quality. Fourteen live days can show early signals but may not provide enough data for a reliable long-term forecast.

    Accounts, access and ownership

Each client uses a separate Google Ads account. The client owns its account, billing history and business data. Advertux receives only the access needed to perform the agreed work and can be removed after handoff. Google may reject ads, limit accounts, request verification or change its platform without Advertux’s control.

    Google products and platform decisions

The standard offer covers Google Search Ads. Local Services Ads, Performance Max, display, video, remarketing, Google Business Profile work and other platforms are excluded unless written into the scope. Google controls auction delivery, advertiser verification, policy enforcement, ad approval, account suspension, features and eligibility. Advertux cannot override those decisions.

    Creative work and other exclusions

Photo or video production, website rebuilding, CRM or call-centre work, third-party software, licences, insurance, verification costs, permit work and management after the live review are not included unless confirmed in writing. A creative partner may provide production under a separate written scope.

    Cancellation, refunds and changes

The first contact, business intake, free Google Ads Fit Check and brief public-facing fit review create no payment obligation. The Fit Check is a short quiz, an automated check of the public website and a first conversation; a detailed account or landing-page audit is part of paid work. For larger custom projects, a $1,000 initial payment is credited toward the agreed fee; the balance, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the written proposal. The Google Ads launch fee is $1,000 in full before work begins. Applicable taxes and third-party costs are disclosed in the proposal. No campaign, renewal or additional service begins without written approval.

    Automated intake

The published intake number may be answered by an automated assistant. It will identify itself and collect qualification details. It cannot take payment, promise results or enter into an agreement. Recording or transcription, where used, is disclosed and handled according to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
